Agel Suckers - Rip the top off insert a sucker stick, toothpick, or popsicle stick then freeze. When frozen peal off the rest of the packaging and enjoy your EXO or UMI sucker! It makes a great summertime treat without the sugar. and It's good for them! Gel-pops!
EXO
EXO is also great when mixed with berry juice: grape, cherry, black cherry, blueberry, cranberry, mixed berry.
Take one packet of EXO in the morning with your breakfast.
FIT
FIT is mixes well with these fresh juices: grapefruit, red/sweet grapefruit, cranberry or orange.
Grapefruit juice has been thought to help in the dieting process. Mix a packet of FIT with a glass of grapefruit juice to enhance your dieting effort.
Take one or two packets of FIT 30-45 minutes before eating a meal to help reduce your appetite.
OHM
Take one packet of OHM in the afternoon when you start to feel sluggish or tired.
MIN
Take one packet of MIN in the evening with your evening meal.
UMI
Take one packet of UMI as a "desert" for your lunch or as an afternoon treat.

Mix and Match
My wife makes a delicious breakfast smoothie/shake with berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries - fresh or frozen), banannas, fresh pinapple, oranges, plain or vanilla yogert, water and ice. She mixes it all in our blender and then we each add a MIN and EXO, stir with a straw and ENJOY! I guess you could throw some UMI in there to, but UMI tastes so good I like to eat is separately as an afternoon snack.
